Job Description:

• Lead internal resources and external vendors in working through project changes
• Serve as liaison between business units and development team
• Provide directions and solutions for the design, and systems integration of development projects from definition through implementation
• Ensure deliverables are in compliance with business requirements and standards
• Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Track project timelines and manage multiple team dependencies to communicate with stakeholders and ensure timely system deliveries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• 10+ years of working experience with managing IT projects with Bank, financial services industry or Multinational companies
• Solid domain knowledge in Customer loyalty program
• Technical skills in web based application development
• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, identifying gaps, estimating, implementation
• Excellent vendor management and project management skill
• Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving and communication skill
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
