Our client is a luxury brand with great presence across the globe. They are looking for Department Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
- Achieve sales targets and handle sales transactions
- Developing business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as department manager or in other managerial position
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial awareness
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and store team.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
