Our client, a leading banking client, is looking fora high caliber candidate to join their team to cope with their future expansion.

 

Job Description:

  • Provide quality customer services over the phone calls and/or customer visits.
  • Support Relationship Manager in maintaining and growing the trade finance business.
  • Handle customer’s enquiries and irregularities relating to trade finance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as trade expertise to assist customer to understand letter of credit terms and provide constructive solution to fix gaps.
  • Support new trade finance customer onboarding process by explaining the logistic on new transaction submission.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary education or attained the HKDSE
  • Holder of CDCS will be an advantage
  • 7 years’ experience in trade finance operations
  • Good written English and able to communicate in English and Putonghua
  • Be outspoken and customer focus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
