Job Description:
- Provide quality customer services over the phone calls and/or customer visits.
- Support Relationship Manager in maintaining and growing the trade finance business.
- Handle customer’s enquiries and irregularities relating to trade finance in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as trade expertise to assist customer to understand letter of credit terms and provide constructive solution to fix gaps.
- Support new trade finance customer onboarding process by explaining the logistic on new transaction submission.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary education or attained the HKDSE
- Holder of CDCS will be an advantage
- 7 years’ experience in trade finance operations
- Good written English and able to communicate in English and Putonghua
- Be outspoken and customer focus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
