Job Description:
- Develop and facilitate high-impact leadership and management training programs to build a sustainable agency leadership pipeline.
- Produce innovative training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive workshops, and simulation-based content.
- Manage CPD training support, ensuring full compliance and maintaining accurate training records and dashboards.
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Product) to optimize sales processes, agency systems, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with external trainers and consultants, and lead ad-hoc strategic initiatives to drive agency growth and leadership development.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ yearsof training and development experience, ideally within insurance agency or financial services.
- Strong background in training design, facilitation, and e-learning development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze training needsand implement effective learning solutions.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
