The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Analyzed agent performance and delivered daily/weekly sales reports to guide business strategy.
- Assisted in managing agency projects, including recruitment, incentive programs, and training.
- Maintained precise agent data, guaranteeing adherence to all compliance and reporting standards.
- Partnered with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
Job Opportunities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reporting and data analysis, with insurance industry experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, formulas), with knowledge of Power BI or Tableau as an advantage.
- Highly organized, numerically adept, and skilled at presenting data clearly.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
