Job Description:
Participate in company-wide planning and strategy development to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Lead the construction of the credit data technology platform, overseeing business, system, and deployment architecture from inception to completion.
- Engage with regulatory agencies and local regulators (HKMA) to ensure compliance through external and internal audits.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships with major banks in Hong Kong, facilitating discussions on product design and implementation.
- Establish and manage diverse IT teams, including in-house staff and vendors, for platform development, product design, IT operations, and data management.
- Collaborate with vendors for application development, cloud infrastructure, AI solutions, and other technological innovations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in IT management.
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience managing two or more SaaS projects from inception to successful implementation.
- Regional project experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of credit data technology and regulatory compliance in Hong Kong.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing IT teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with regulatory agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing application development projects.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.· Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
