Lead team to deliver technical solutions to support Wealth management platform and back office applications
Ensure the right solutions are developed and implemented successfully
Ensure all application projects are properly scheduled and resources assigned
Collaborate with marketing and new product development teams to understand and solve their application needs, include maintaining and modifying existing applications along with creating new applications as required by the business
Ensure that all applications are operationally maintained and up to date and adhering to non-functional requirements such as performance or security
Identify application weaknesses and recommend solutions that utilise the most efficient and current technologies to improve the application
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
Extensive experience of Wealth Management platform design, development, implementation and project management
Working experience with Financial Services Industry is a must (Securities Firm / bank / or any financial services provider)
Domain knowledge in bond, funds, insurance is a plus
Proven track record of successful end-to-end delivery of complex, highly regulated projects across a range of business areas
Hands-on programming background; familiar with C#, .Net, JavaScript, Restful API, DevOps is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
