Establish and govern an enterprise wide Data Governance, data quality and data management roadmap
Create and maintain Data Governance policies, processes, procedures for guiding various data management processes, including adoption of data security and privacy, data quality control and data dissemination activities
Monitor changing or new regulatory requirements and its impact on Data Governance and management practices
Gather and synthesize existing data governance principles, policies, practices and standards, e.g. understanding industry best practices
Partner with operational business stakeholders to identify key initiatives, and engage data analytics team members to execute delivery of sustainable improvements to business problems
Job Requirements:
University degree holder
8+ years’ of progressively responsible experience in Data Governance, data related analysis, data management technologies, and data quality improvement
Senior level experience in a related role
Extensive experience in establishing and monitoring of data governance framework
Solid knowledge in regulatory requirements for bank industry
General awareness of related technology trends, business direction, general compliance, governance, and risk management.
Proven experience working in complex and dynamic environments
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
