Our banking client are currently seeking a suitable applicant to join their elite team. The candidate is responsible for:
Job Description:
- Based on the defined timeline to develop the detail tasks, deliverables, cost and resource requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the project schedule, work plan, risk and mitigation plan etc.
- Manage budgets and timescales closely.
- Coordinate with various peer teams of technical specialists, and manage multiple external services providers to ensure the proper execution of the work.
- Support the evaluation of suitable IT products and suppliers, and work closely with IT Procurement to develop the statement of work.
- Act as the first level of internal escalation for the different project participants.
- Provide status on project costs, schedule, and manage the prompt resolution of issues
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Successful track record of delivering large-scale, high value projects successfully.
- 10 years of experience in structuring, running and managing infrastructure projects.
- Sound technical knowledge and project management experience on Microsoft AD, Exchange, Window/Solaris, AIX, CISCO network, VMware and SAN environment. Having data center service and operation management experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of security best practices and have experience in building and/or supporting cybersecurity infrastructure.
- Able to cope with tight project schedule and demonstrate the ability and flexibility to work under dynamic environment.
- Proven ability in managing and maintaining relationship with a diverse range of technical resources.
- Good collaboration and communication skills, and strong in managing third party vendors.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage.
