Our client is a well-known insurance company focusing in Life business, to cope with their business expansion. They are looking for a Senior Officer to support their training needs.

The incumbent will be reporting to Senior Manager directly.

 

Job Description:

  • With a key focus of organize and delivery of AMS (Activity Management Training) courses.
  • Educate and promote AMS, ePOS and Studio One within various agency offices.
  • Provide assistance of the Activity Management Consultation services for agency force.
  • Participates in ad-hoc project when necessary.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 4 years’ working experience in training preferably in insurance or insurance business development.
  • Professional qualifications in Insurance, Financial Planning or Agency Management.
  • Good understanding of insurance and financial planning is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and communication.
  • Superb command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
