Our client is a well-known insurance company focusing in Life business, to cope with their business expansion. They are looking for a Senior Officer to support their training needs.
The incumbent will be reporting to Senior Manager directly.
Job Description:
- With a key focus of organize and delivery of AMS (Activity Management Training) courses.
- Educate and promote AMS, ePOS and Studio One within various agency offices.
- Provide assistance of the Activity Management Consultation services for agency force.
- Participates in ad-hoc project when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 4 years’ working experience in training preferably in insurance or insurance business development.
- Professional qualifications in Insurance, Financial Planning or Agency Management.
- Good understanding of insurance and financial planning is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and communication.
- Superb command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
