Job Description:

  • Develop & implement test strategy and approach
  • Lead and manage all testing activities
  • Coordinate and manage resource capacities for overall testing of the program under execution
  • Provide management oversight concerning tests
  • Plan, control and manage resources, tools and logistics for testing
  • Manage the project within budget and schedule
  • Ensure the quality of all work results through periodic reviews
  • Provide training and coaching and support for testers when required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Proven experience in managing automated testing activities with Banking industry
  • Experienced in testing environments and tools design
  • Strong project management and team management skill
  • A problem solver, self-starter and someone who proactively engages with situation and make progress
  • Ability to empower project teams, providing leadership to help teams move the project forward
  • Great attention to detail and ability to jump to front line to resolve issues if required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
