A reputable life insurance group is looking for a secretary to join their company serving 2 senior executives and their team.
The incumbent will provide secretarial and executive administrative support to Corporate Sales Head and IT Head.
Job Description:
- Provide full spectrum of team secretarial roles.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conferences, prepare presentation materials, coordinate issuance of reports, records management and reports compilation, etc.
- Provide support to ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies with at least 4 years hands on experience in MNC environment, prior experience in supporting senior executives is preferable
- Mature, ethical and proactive, good interpersonal and enjoy work with different levels of people
- Superb command in English and Chinese communication
- Proficient in MS Office
