Our client, a leading bank, is looking for the Team Head to join their Business Banking team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Act as Deputy Team Head to lead a team of Business Managers to acquire offshore corporate accounts and fresh deposit clients
- Cross sell cash management services to corporate clients
- Establish and maintain strong network and relationship with various business partners
- Ensure professional service and high quality is provided and in compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Attract, develop and retain talented staff
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ banking experience, preferably in business banking segment
- Strong sales background with ability to expand channels to grow the business
- Experience in leading a sales team is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of KYC and CDD procedures
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
