Our client, a leading banking client, is urgently looking for a SVP to lead the digital sales & marketing team.

 

Job Description:

  • Lead the digital sales strategy for existing customer, and implement best-in-class digital engagement and push and pull practices
  • Lead the marketing initiatives from strategy development, client insights, creative idea and production implementation via leveraging digital first marketing and client centric approach to drive the Retail banking and brand preference and business impact
  • Lead and manage the whole team to drive business target and grow talents
  • Deliver against sales targets, and grow sales volumes for varied lines of business that depend on digital and mobile through different phases of the buying journey and push and pull tactics
  • Drive the mobile app merchandising strategy and initiatives, how to leverage Get More, Positive Friction and Flash Sales inside the mobile app to increase the traffic, buyers and ticket size, together with making customers to form a habit to visit our mobile app more frequently
  • Lead and execute the test and learn agenda across product, creative, media and digital customer experience via leverage data analytic, Martech and Adtech to drive marketing funnel optimization
  • Drive social media excellence in our own social media platform and content hub to enhance the stickiness of customer engagement Leverage the online community and research to come up with the best-in-class practice to understand the brand and customer insights via research and co-creation. Launching various thought leadership survey in the market to reinforce Citi’s leadership
  • Build relationships with internal parties and external partners, and leverage key media platforms across Asia and globally to drive marketing and sales excellence
  • Drive a clean bank policy and comply with all the control and MCA requirements

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate major in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10+ years of working experience in driving digital sales and engagement or e-commerce with strong marketing leadership experience with proven track record to drive Digital marketing and business excellence
  • Strong marketing leadership experience to master digital and social campaigns according to customer insights and journey
  • Experience in driving marketing transformation with key agenda on customer centricity and Digital
  • Understanding of Martech/Adtech stacks tools and capabilities necessary to work with big data across the organization
  • deliver results that are timely, relevant and effective
  • Strong people, relationship building skills and project management skills especially dealing with large and complex projects across multiple countries and time zones
  • Exemplary leadership skills to be able to lead, influence and partner with teams across the organization to drive this new strategy and framework
  • Experience of working in a matrix organization will be considered an advantage
