Our client is a luxury brand with great presence across the globe. They are looking forStore operations officer to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience
- Assist with supporting the Operations team in streamlining and safeguarding procedures to maximise efficiency
- Ensure all internal areas are maintained to the required standard both front and back of house
- Maintaining accurate records in the POS system and handle in-store sales transactions
- Support the Client Advisors in optimizing match to traffic and better adapt operations to Clients needs
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years retail operations/multi-store management experience in the retail industry, ideally in a managerial capacity Experience in stock management and administration
- Exposure in retail industry, POS system implementation is preferred
- Proactive, organized and detail-minded, able to work independently under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
