Our client is one of the world’s leading luxury brand with great presence across the region. They are currently looking for a Store Operations Manager to join their team.
The incumbent will be reporting to Boutique Manager/ Retail Operations Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Develop a good team spirit within BOH and extend the collaboration to all Boutique staff and across Boutiques
- Lead the BOH team including Cashier, Store Administrator, Stock Assistant, Tailor, Shop Attendants, Part-timers to cover all BOH functions and achieve Boutique business goals and objectives
- Monitor the BOH compacity and work with Boutique manager / Department manager to do necessary replenishment.
- Ensure Operation efficiency and product flow are followed the Company regulations
- Manage and ensure the good cashiering, till reconciliation, daily closing, transaction update, emails, packaging etc.
- Manage the documentation and streamline work processes for operational efficiency
- Ensure boutique maintenance is up to standard, deal efficiently and closely monitor to the work performance of external vendors. (including IT support/supplies)
- Maintain the professional image in line with the Company standard
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above is preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years at supervisory level in the luxury retail industry
- Well organized, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Excel Skills
