They are looking for Store Manager to join their team.Your passion and strategic vision will lead the store team in providing an iconic customer experience, ensuring maximum profitability. Your commercial awareness, to improve and deliver the best customer experience to the premium group.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a high performing customer facing and service orientated team.
- Drive store productivity and profitability
- Leverage your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) clientele and store reports to support the development of a loyal customer base and develop your team to achieve the highest quality of customer profile capture with every transaction.
- Ensure that employees have sound product knowledge and are aware of company policies and procedures.
- In partnership with the Store Director/ASM, helps to provide ongoing feedback on progress and performance to each associate’s goals and objectives – assigns tasks and responsibilities based on role, expertise and potential
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
- Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
- Experience within store management or equivalent level role in a high volume and premium environment
- Technical proficiency with SAP, MS applications, Apple products and POS systems
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
