The candidate will be responsible for analog or RF circuit design of next generation high-end UHF RFID IC chips. Detailed responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- RF or analog circuit design such as RF rectifier, limiter, TRx signal path, low power LDO, OSC, RNG, V&I references and so on.
- Collaborate with layout engineer to deliver high quality layout.
- Tape-out review sign-offs.
- In silicon bring up, participate the chip measurement and characterization.
