Job Description:

  • Develop sales plans and customer expansion strategies for Hong Kong, focusing on performance indicators like contracts, revenue, and profit.
  • Analyze the needs of financial and government clients, lead efforts to acquire new clients, and foster long-term relationships with key existing clients and major channels.
  • Plan and design comprehensive solutions for the business unit in Hong Kong and abroad, conduct industry insights, and produce analysis reports and case studies.
  • Support sales expansion by identifying client needs, engaging in technical discussions, and delivering competitive solutions and planning reports.
  • Oversee the project development communication process, managing scope, budget, and quality, while guiding the team in technology selection and risk management.
  • Manage daily operations, performance evaluations, and talent development of the sales and solutions team, ensuring efficient resource coordination to meet sales and project objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience selling to or working with financial services institutions or government sector.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with deep expertise in AI, big data, LLM, or related products and solutions.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and articulate compelling, differentiated value propositions.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
