Our client is seeking a professional-level Administrative Assistant to deliver precision, efficiency and proactive support. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the initiative to streamline processes, directly contributing to the smooth execution of daily operations and long-term departmental goals.

The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.

Job Description:

  • Handle daily procurement of administrative supplies.
  • Review and verify reimbursement documents for compliance.
  • Assist in expense payments and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Collect, verify, and archive administrative data regularly.
  • Manage and safeguard company certificates and licenses.
  • Coordinate renewals and inspections to prevent compliance risks.
  • Support product procurement and customs clearance processes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Finance or related management field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, procurement or related roles, familiar with corporate administrative operations
  • Experience in liaising with finance departments or handling customs clearance is preferred.
  • Strong data processing and document management, familiar in company license management, annual inspection procedures.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and possesses with good time management and execution abilities.
  • Good command in English and Chinese including Mandarin.
