Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for a Manager to join their loan operation team.
Job Description:
- Oversee end‑to‑end credit execution and loan documentation process for corporate / commercial lending
- Review credit approvals and ensure conditions precedent (CPs) are properly fulfilled prior to drawdown
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external solicitors on loan execution
- Ensure loan documentation complies with credit approval terms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor post‑drawdown conditions, covenants, and documentation completeness
- Identify execution risks and provide recommendations to enhance process efficiency and controls
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal control assessments
- Lead, coach, and supervise team members to ensure timely and accurate execution
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of experience in credit execution / credit administration / loan operations within banking
- Strong knowledge of syndicated / corporate or commercial loan documentation and credit or loan operation processes
- Familiar with HKMA regulatory requirements and internal control standards
- Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
*** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Credit Administration Manager.
