The incumbent will be reporting to department head directly.

Job Description:

  • Drive process improvement and service enhancement initiatives for the Underwriting team.
    Identify and implement opportunities to increase operational efficiency for business initiatives.
  • Manage project coordination, including requirements definition and project lifecycle management across multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication.
  • Create project plans, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
  • Assist in quality reviews, data analysis, and preparation of management reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 8+ years of insurance industry experience.
  • Solid understanding of insurance operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, able to work independently under pressure.
  • Superb command in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel.
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Manager role.
