Job Description:
- Support the sales team with customer management, data entry, contracts, and proposal development.
- Analyze sales data to improve strategies and team efficiency.
- Monitor sales process risks and suggest compliance improvements.
- Communicate with marketing, product, and customer service for effective information transfer and training organization.
- Manage administrative tasks like meeting arrangements and other assignments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- 1+ years of administrative, project or sales support experience, preferably IT solution provider, Fintech, FSI
- Proficient in Office software with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle pressure in a multitasking environment.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
