The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.

Job Description:

  • Warmly greet and assist all guests and visitors.
  • Manage phone calls and meeting room bookings.
  • Answer general enquiries and provide solutions.
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and document distribution.
  • Support diverse daily office administration duties.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Proactive with pleasant personality, service-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • This position requires a 6-day work week, with shift schedules between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
