Our client, a prominent banking institution, is seeking talented individuals to join their team, offering innovative financial solutions and exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solicit new SME banking accounts and make sales referrals to meet individual targets.
- Maintain relationships with partners and explore new business opportunities.
- Achieve KPI targets and contribute to departmental objectives.
- Drive business opportunities from SME leads generated by Senior Manager.
- Promote SME banking products and services based on customer needs.
- Provide administrative support to the SME Banking team.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary education or higher with 5 years of relevant sales experience in retail or SME/commercial banking.
- Outgoing, driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of banking products, especially deposits, credit cards, and payroll services.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills; fluency in English and Chinese required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred; IIQE (1 and 2) qualification holders are encouraged to apply.
- Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Assistant Relationship Manager
- Self-motivated, mature, and possess a positive attitude.
