Our client, a leading bank, is looking for Assistant Manager – Credit Card Marketing (Acquisition or Usage) to join their card product team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Jobs Description:
- Implement effective marketing strategies and credit card programs to stimulate card acquisition & usage and achieve business and financial targets
- Perform data analysis on credit card portfolio & potential target customer segments to drive further business opportunities and establish marketing strategies
- Monitor business performance and review result of strategies implemented as well as the marketing budget
- Implement IT and digital projects to drive business growth, streamline process as well as enhance customer experience
- Liaise with internal and external business partners to plan and implement the launching of new initiatives and maintain good business relationship with the partners
- Co-ordinate with internal departments for ensuring smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and cross-selling activities
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on credit card business
- Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments or projects
Job Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably major in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years’ card or loan marketing experience within banking sector
- Experience in project management, advertising production and direct marketing with strong communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated and a team player.
- Independent, highly organized, self-initiated.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
