Our Client:

A dynamic role for a creative and detail-oriented individual to drive the success of our agency’s events and marketing collateral.

The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.

Job Description:

  • Lead the planning and executionof a variety of agency events, from large-scale conferences and seminars to intimate luncheons and dinners.
  • Develop powerful marketing tools, including client presentations and a range of branded materials (premiums, trophies, souvenirs) that strengthen our market identity.
  • Build and manage relationshipswith a network of vendors and creative design houses, ensuring flawless collaboration and outstanding results.
  • Maintain key operational resourcesby managing the agency database and curating a library of past event details for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 5 years of event marketing experience; a background in an agency environment is highly preferred.
  • A genuine passion for event organization and a strong client-service mindset.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adhering to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Senior Officer position.
