Our Client:

The incumbent helps the Regional Director (RD) grow sales, improve agent performance, and manage district operations. Key tasks include field support, training, recruiting, and motivating agents to hit targets while following company rules

Job Description:

  • Partner with the Regional Director to train, mentor, and motivate agents in the field, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Conduct product training, skill building workshops, and onboarding for new and existing agents.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, identify gaps, and implement strategies to boost agent productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, while streamlining workflows for smoother operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or a related field is required.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in distribution support preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • The ideal DOA is a resilient, people-focused motivator with strong coaching skills, who thrives in fieldwork and can drive sales while building trust and solving problems on the go.
  • Excellent command in written and verbal skills of English and Chinese
