Our Client:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented cashier to manage daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing while supporting agents and collaborating with the finance team.

The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.

Job Description:

  • Accurately process premium payments and oversee daily financial transactions.
  • Generate, review, and reconcile daily payment reports to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agent inquiries regarding premium payments and transaction details.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to facilitate timely and efficient transaction processing.
  • Manage return payments in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal financial controls.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and financial records as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with minimum 2 years of experiencein a cashier, finance, or accounting role, insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to process premium payments accuratelyand reconcile financial transactions.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent command in MS Word and Excel with good language ability both in verbal and written English and Chinese.
