Our Client:
This role provides frontline support to insurance brokers, handling inquiries, policy services, and sales assistance while ensuring smooth operations.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Handle brokers’ inquiries (walk-in, calls, E-mails) on products, policies, and procedures.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to brokers.
- Conduct MCV verification.
- Work with business development and other teams to resolve underwriting, policy, and operational issues.
- Assist in preparing sales materials (presentations, quotes, illustrations).
- Deliver professional service, solve problems, and maintain good broker relationships.
- Help organize broker training and client events.
- Support the team with sales and administrative tasks.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 3 years of customer service experience in insurance or broker firm.
- IIQE Papers 1, 3 & 5 qualified.
- Proactive, customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin fluency preferred).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered.
