Job Description:
- Oversee and direct the digital strategy and roadmap for Client Service and Customer Engagement Applications.
- Lead solution engineering efforts and provide estimations based on business needs.
- Engage in critical projects to facilitate business growth and ensure effective implementation.
- Address issues and propose solutions, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders for day-to-day inquiries.
- Coordinate the system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and ongoing support.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the insurance or finance sectors.
- Strong background in project management and system integration, with knowledge of modern technologies such as mobile apps and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools, including PL/SQL, XML, JSON, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and understanding of multi-tiered application architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, and experience using project management tools like Confluence or Jira.
