Job Description:
- Lead the development and delivery of core systems to support new business initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements.
- Act as a liaison among business users, IT teams, and vendors, providing technical guidance and facilitating communication throughout all project phases.
- Contribute to IT transformation by aligning system enhancements with governance models and ensuring compliance with change management protocols.
- Oversee Quality Assurance activities, including documentation, testing, and validation processes.
- Manage system development tasks, including resource planning, technical maintenance, performance monitoring, and coding.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related disciplines, with a solid understanding of IT governance, change management, and system lifecycle.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with strong expertise in life insurance and core system implementation (eBao or similar platforms).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Proficient in various operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows) and application development languages (Java, .NET, HTML5, JavaScript).
- Experience in database development (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and reporting tools (Jasper Report, Qlik Sense), with knowledge of UiPath and Salesforce as a plus.
- Proficient in English and Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal).
