Our Client:
Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Officer to join their team supporting the claims operation.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Process and evaluate insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Verify claim documents and liaise with clients, medical providers, and internal teams.
- Assist in claim investigations and maintain up-to-date records in the claims system.
- Prepare claim reports and support administrative tasks for efficient operations.
- Participate in process improvements and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates welcome, degree in Business/Insurance/Finance preferred
- Basic insurance knowledge(internship or coursework is a plus)
- Detail-orientedwith strong analytical skills
- Good command of English and Chinese(written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office, fast learner & team player
