Job Description:
Collaborate with user departments to identify and optimize business processes for automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA and API projects using various technologies, including Java/JEE, Kotlin, and Microservices.
- Maintain and upgrade existing RPA systems for stability and efficiency, while monitoring automated processes and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on RPA tools, fostering proficiency and effective usage.
- Prepare functional specifications, system documentation, and create proof of concepts (POCs) based on user requirements, including demos of complete process flows.
- Manage project risks and communications with stakeholders, escalating issues as necessary and supporting business-as-usual activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
- 3 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
- Familiarity with API integration and development.
