The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Oversee and guide the team to meet established service standards, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Evaluate various insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Establish claims guidelines for new products and periodically update the Claims Manual.
- Contribute to system design and conduct thorough testing to improve functionality.
- Address claims-related inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct training sessions for internal staff and agency partners, while providing coaching and mentorship to subordinates.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects and support the supervisor in tasks assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- University degree with 4+ years of experiencein life insurance claims, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Skilled in assessing complex claims, identifying optimal solutions, and delivering decisive outcomes
- Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet challenges
- Excellent command of both written English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
