Jobs Description:
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure and technology services for the HK and other regions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices and standards.
- Manage IT service levels to guarantee system uptime, continuity, security, and reliability.
- Oversee the technology products lifecycle, including evaluation, deployment, patching, and upgrades.
- Collaborate on key corporate projects to provide technology service solutions and advice while managing IT vendors to meet corporate standards.
Jobs Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 8 years of IT Infrastructure experience within the insurance sector is preferred.
- Solid experience in technical and security configuration, operation, and administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Domain Group Policy, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud (Azure & Alibaba Cloud), and security devices (firewalls, etc.).
- Proficient in Database Administration for both MS SQL and Oracle Database.
- Familiar with the enterprise network information construction process, including local area network creation, maintenance, and network security technology.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, coordinate multiple projects, and effectively manage budgets.
- Excellent communication abilities in English and Chinese, including Mandarin, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective collaboration.
