Our client, a leading bank, is looking for Branch Manager to join their team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote banking products and services, driving revenue growth.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their banking needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
- Manage risk and ensure security protocols are adhered to, minimizing potential losses.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance skills and knowledge of banking products and services.
- Represent the bank at community events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory compliance in Hong Kong.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance metrics and financial reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
- Commitment to customer service excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
