A leading bank is looking for an experience Deputy Head to join their SME Banking team for their business expansion.
Job Description:
- Formulate strategies to provide different services to cross-border affluent and mass customers both located in Mainland and HK and form strategic alliances with internal and external business partners for growth of customer base
- Responsible for architecting the overall SME business strategic plan and provide oversight of strategy development for market expansion
- Providing guidance and leadership to teams under the Product Department for achieving business’s commercial goal
- Lead SME team in achieving the company’s vision and business goals, while aligning with the overall corporate directives and principles
- Collaborate effectively with different business units to drive marketing programs to acquire prospective customers, enhance product penetration, portfolio growth, profitability of designated segments and to ensure delivery of customer-centric solutions, segment pricing and priority services standards
- Develop sales and marketing plans to achieve sustainable business results, enhance cross-border profitability by generating new sales revenue which is mainly measured by productivity income and improve cost efficiency
- Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 10-15 years’ of experience or above within Commercial Banking, with a minimum of 3-5 years as senior management level in the bank.
- Experience in mainland banking is preferred
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
- Strategic thinker that combines strong technical skills and creative problem solving – turning strategy into actionable platform roadmap and delivery plans
