Our Client:
The Distribution Administrative Officer will support the distribution department by managing administrative tasks, sales and performance reporting to ensuring efficient team operations.
The incumbent will be reporting to manager directly.
Job Description:
- Assist in the coordination of distribution activities and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to distribution metrics and performance.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless distribution processes.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in shipping and receiving.
- Help maintain compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the implementation of process improvements within the distribution function.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or higher in Business Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning skills.
- Numerical proficiency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
