Our banking client is looking for the Customer Service Executives to join their Call Centre distribution to cope with the company expansion.

Description:

  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager
  • Responsible for answering customer enquiries and handling complaints
  • Handle customers retention programs
  • Deliver consistent quality services to our customers

Requirements:

  • Secondary education
  • With minimum 1 years’ relevant experience preferably in banking or credit card industry
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer servicing skills
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work on shift basis
