Description:

  • Provide hotline technical support for technical inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage the goods returns process efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues for internal and external parties.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Service, and Marketing.
  • Manage cases using the case management system to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Some experience in hotline or product technical support is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Knowledge of products such as ACB, MCCB, PLC, or BMS is a plus.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
