Our Client:

Our client is looking for a skilled and versatile Assistant Manager to oversee their agency repayment process and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager.

Description:

  • Assist in managing the debt recovery team to ensure efficient and effective collection of outstanding debts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize recovery processes and improve overall collection rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on recovery progress and resolve any disputes or issues.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in debt recovery practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt recovery or collections with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and recovery metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in debt recovery software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
