Our client is a reputable Life Insurance Company with a global presence. To cope with their business growth, they seek a Customer Service Officer to join their team to support the business servicing needs.
Job Description:
- Key responsible to handle incoming hotline enquiries from customers as well as sales channels in a professional manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with different parties to ensure timely resolution of customers request and problems according to the company’s guidelines.
- Deal with ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors conscientiously.
- Willingness to rotate between customer service centers located in different locations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years of solid experience in Customer Service or Call Centre preferable in financial services or insurance sectors.
- Knowledge of Life and Medical insurance products is an advantage.
- Good communications and language ability.
- Excellent command in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
