Our Client:
Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for a Centre Manager to join their branch sales team.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist Branch Manager to lead the sales team to grow the Branch’s business in accordance to the budget plan
- Lead the sales team in achieving the sales income targets by developing and implementing the business plans, overseeing branch performance and
- Coaching colleagues to drive sales results while delivering excellent customer service
- Actively solicit new business and deepen existing and new relationships within the high net worth market segment
- Ensure sales team high standard of sales quality and oversight on regulatory and compliance matters of the sales team
Job Requirements:
- Min. 5 years stable RM experience with at least 1 year of sales management experience
- Holder of IIQE 1 2 3, HKSI Paper 1 7 8 with CFP will be an advantage
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate the sales team and support teamwork
- Native in Cantonese Fluent in Putonghua and English.
*** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager position.
