Description:
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks associated with insurance products and operations, ensuring proactive management and mitigation strategies are in place.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, providing guidance on risk-related policies and practices.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and stakeholders, documenting findings, recommendations, and action plans for risk mitigation.
- Work closely with underwriting, claims, and operational teams to implement risk management strategies and foster a risk-aware culture within the organization.

Develop and maintain crisis management and business continuity plans to ensure the company is prepared for potential disruptions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on risk management practices and promote a culture of risk awareness across the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, FRM) are preferred.
- Proven experience in risk management within the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying risk concepts to diverse audiences and influencing stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in risk reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the organization.
