Our Client:
Our client is an international insurance firm. They are now looking for a Claims Assessor expertise to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage initial and ongoing assessment and investigation of both new and existing claims within agreed service standards
- Assess claims through the practical application of the policy terms and conditions
- Use a number of claims management tools, resources and requirements in assessing a claim
- Engage with appropriate third parties to ensure sustainable return to work outcomes are facilitated
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required, or combination of equivalent education and experience
- Have experience in Group or Retail Claims background will added an advantage
- Knowledgeable around claims, regulations and have strong knowledge of relevant products
