Our Client is a multinational manufacturer specializing in supplying high quality of waterproof & admixture materials products mainly for Building & Construction Industries.
Job Description:
- Report to the National Sales Manager/Sales Account Manager on sales performance and project follow-up.
- Proactively identify and explore new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Initiate and execute sales action plans directed by supervisors to achieve projected sales targets.
- Liaise with clients and site personnel to obtain specifications or directly sell the company’s products and services.
- Ensure all projects or orders meet high-quality standards and maintain the company’s image.
- Monitor project progress from initial negotiation to after-sales follow-up.
- Prepare all sales and warranty documentation, and maintain complete and updated customer records.
- Conduct service/product reviews to collect customer satisfaction feedback.
- Support the effective implementation and enhancement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), such as ISO operations.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a preference for solid experience in project management within the Civil/Construction industry.
- Proven ability to be a good team player with strong initiative and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
