Job Description:
- Oversee project teams to manage banking system initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of project requirements to identify optimal process solutions.
- Develop and manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, and status meetings to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders across Hong Kong and China, including business users, operations teams, and IT departments, to facilitate seamless project communication.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the banking sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, and Project Management.
- PMP and Six Sigma certifications are highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of retail banking, risk management, and operational processes.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
