Job Description:
- Ensure the program roadmap is strategically aligned with the organization’s vision and business objectives.
- Oversee the execution of programs and projects to deliver the expected benefits within the agreed timeframe, quality, and budget.
- Lead and direct the program/project teams in their delivery, business engagement, and operational change management activities to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Accountable for scope management and change control of the programs, leveraging defined governance practices.
- Adopt best practices for project execution on risk management, issue management, dependency management, resource management, change management, and quality control.
- Provide visibility on programs and projects through regular reports and meetings.
- Liaise with the IT Project Management Office to advance the organization’s project management and governance framework, improving overall project delivery quality.
- Lead and mentor the program team, including project managers, business analysts, technical specialists, and change managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Advise and report to senior stakeholders at the Business Group, Group, and regional levels on all aspects of the programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Professional project management certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2 are highly regarded.
- Professional credentials in ScrumMaster, Six Sigma, COBIT, ITIL, DevOps, or relevant disciplines are preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in planning and phasing the delivery of a complex program of work with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in agile delivery and working with digital product teams.
- Extensive experience in overseeing program risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits management at the program level.
