Job Description:
- Design and enhance a Case Management System solution leveraging the PEGA 7/8 platform.
- Offer continuous support and resolve issues for the system, including after-hours assistance as required.
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and implement system improvements.
- Perform testing and ensure quality to maintain optimal system performance.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed to align with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of system development experience, including at least 1 year on the PEGA 7/8 platform.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and Linux is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel Power Query, and J2EE multi-tier architecture.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Security, and REST APIs.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and related frontend technologies.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
